    Since I began at BrandYourself as the first in-house employee, we've grown from a team of 4 to an ever-increasing team of about 40. My responsibilities at BrandYourself have ranged from social media, to customer service, to where they now lie as a Concierge Program Manger. It's my job to ensure that all of our representatives learn search engine optimization, customer interaction, WordPress, and web design to a sufficient point. Along with this, I've taken on many technical responsibilities such as maintaining our WordPress Multisites and am the in-house WordPress expert. I love helping our ever-expanding team grow, learn, and keep our customers happy.

As an intern I was able to learn about the world of publishing from the legal, financial, managerial, marketing, and A&R sides of the business. I had the opportunity to use Nielson Soundscan and Mediabase to gather A&R reports for contacts, as well as attend and participate in marketing and A&R meetings to see how the work I was doing was being put into action.

    As the University Union Mayfest Advisor I was elected by my peers to coordinate the two new Directors of Mayfest and help them secure musical talent for Syracuse's Mayfest Festival that takes place every Spring. It was also my job to ensure that our budget of about $20,000 is spent in a fiscally responsible way that benefits the greatest amount of students.

    Elected to this position twice, it is the Bandersnatch President's job to coordinate one or two concerts to be put on throughout the semester. I worked with a budget that ranged from $15,000 - $20,000 which enabled me to book acts such as Wale, Steve Aoki, and Two Door Cinema Club to perform. Two out of three of these shows sold out.
